# Ardbeg Fermutation, un whisky fermenté pendant 3 semaines !

**Ardbeg** a lancé le 1er février un whisky de 13 ans d’âge, *[Ardbeg Fermutation](https://www.instagram.com/p/CYrvcROvzRG/?ref=distilnews.fr)*, dont la fermentation (à l’air libre ici) aura duré 3 semaines (!). Il s’agit ainsi de la plus longue de son histoire, et ce en raison d’une panne de chaudière. 

A titre indicatif, la distillerie gère habituellement ses fermentations en 72 heures.
