**[Balbine Spirits](https://balbinespirits.com/?ref=distilnews.fr)** participe actuellement à la 6ème édition de la **[Paris Cocktail Week](https://distilnews.fr/tag/paris-cocktail-week/)** avec un cocktail proposé pour l’occasion au bar **Le 153**. Son nom : le *Coq en Pâte*, une création du chef barman **Hugo Vasquez**.

Ses ingrédients : 

- Gin **Balbine Spirits**
- Oeuf bio
- Crème fraîche
- Sirop de Noël maison
- Apéritif de Normandie

Pour le déguster, RDV toute cette semaine, jusqu’au 1er février, à deux pas de Beaubourg, au 153 rue Saint-Martin, 75003 Paris.
