# Straw Bale : un Single Cask et un Gin de Noël

La distillerie **Straw Bale** vient de sortir un *[Single Cask](https://www.instagram.com/p/CW5wUIQMsuv/?ref=distilnews.fr)* (un Pedro Ximenez) de Pure Malt (230 bouteilles, déjà quasi-introuvable), ainsi qu’un « Xmas Gin » en mode *Old Tom*. 

Pour ce dernier, **Gilles Victors** a littéralement mis Noël en bouteille, avec un travail autour des aromatiques de la saison, telles que le pain d’épice, le vin chaud, le sapin, le chocolat, la cannelle, le gingembre ou encore l’orange confite.
