# Une journée de distillation de rye whisky à Bordeaux Distilling Co.

Dans la lignée du [précédent épisode](https://distilnews.fr/vlog-distillation-de-rhum-et-etiquetage-a-bordeaux-distilling-co/), je vous propose aujourd’hui un nouveau vlog sur mon quotidien à la distillerie. Ainsi, après la re-distillation de rhum, voici à présent un petit aperçu de ce à quoi peut ressembler la distillation d’un futur whisky de seigle français (aka *rye whiskey*) à **Bordeaux Distilling Co**.

Ce dernier sera mis en fût courant juin avec en ligne de mire 2023 pour l’appellation whisky (soit 3 ans de vieillissement minimum).

Ceci étant, je prévois également d’en sortir des plus jeunes grâce à un travail sur des fûts de plus petite taille (55L) à l’instar de ce qui peut se faire plus couramment du côté des « craft distillery » américaines. A suivre donc !
